This is the interface into which you will enter the description of your survey; that is, the group or topic it is aimed for and the persons that should be presented with the questions. You also number your questions here as well as type in the questions that will be included in your survey.

This interface allows you to pick the scale of your survey. The scale is whether you want this survery to be multiple choice, agree/disagree, true/false, etc. You also set the layout of the results here, whether it is presented horizontally or vertically.
