This software system consists of modules defined by task
functions designed so that people run the fleet, not the fleet
running the people. The modules are:
Office Administration Module:
This module includes all customer data, including insurance, billing, units and multiple locations. Personnel data is available to assist with DOT compliance and company policies. All vendor information, including accounts payable, may be accessed. This module also prints billing statements automatically and has end-of-month closing procedures. Many useful reports can be generated from this application.
General Manager Module:
This comprehensive module is integrated with many company functions and allows the operator to monitor critical operations. Customer and Personnel data are available. All vehicle data and maintenance records can be viewed and edited. Current mileages and maintenance services due are readily available. Inventory, including mobile service units or satellite locations, can be checked.
All lease and rental contracts may be executed and viewed, including
histories. Schedule A and vehicle financing information is maintained
in this module.
The reports and lists that are available enable the operator to study
any area of the operation. The integration of modules gives up-to-the-minute
information. All reports are instantly available and may be sent to various
printing stations.
Parts Department Module:
The Parts module maintains inventory data, including counts, reorder points, vendors, descriptions and location of parts in main parts room and even in remote locations. Software allows you to use a sophisticated bar code system for speed, accuracy and cost control.
A tire inventory system, available for sale separately, tracks tires
for the life of each tire giving up-to-the-minute status. This
unique program enables you to control one of your largest fleet expenses.
The "Electronic Tool Box," enables the user to monitor mileage updates, maintenance due, vehicle data and status and mechanics.
The module can also generate useful reports to monitor parts usage,
trends and failure rates.
Operations Manager Module:
The Operations module is designed for maintenance and service managers. This broad application enables management to monitor all phases of shop operations including repair orders, parts, management, personnel, customers and all vehicle data status.
This module includes many functions found in other integrated
modules and enables the operator to generate critical maintenance reports
with flexible parameters.
Sales Department Module:
This module enables the sales force to have customer and vehicle data at their fingertips to answer customer concerns immediately. You can design correspondence generation to make letters and truck specifications available in seconds. The user can answer customer questions concerning billing, vehicle status and usage, maintenance and road calls instantly without leaving their desk.
Lease Operations Module:
This program generates rental contracts and automatically bills the customer. A flat rate or mileage charge or both are customer specific and instant upon the execution of a rental contract.
Based on vehicle data, the program advises the operator of CDL
and class requirements. Insurance flags warn of insurance restrictions.
If the customer does not have current insurance, the system will
not generate a contract.
What Makes This System Unique:
Modules can be integrated with other maintenance and accounting/
